LIGHTS VIOLATION – RESPONSIBLE, $35.00 FINE
Fitchburg District Court 5/2/24
Lunenburg police observe car traveling at 2:43 am with no headlights. Police signal client to pull over. Client stops 50 feet from intersection straddling two travel lanes and shuts car off. Client appears slow and lethargic retrieving her license and registration. Client states she is coming from a bar and has had 2 whiskeys. Police observe slurred speech and the odor of alcohol coming from client. Client repeatedly asks why she was pulled over despite being told numerous times the reason why. When asked to exit the vehicle, client walks to the front of her car and places hands behind her back as if being arrested. At the station, client is uncooperative, complains of serious health problems and when EMTs arrive after being summoned, immediately dismisses them.
